Tab visibility for attachment panels across the application is controlled through the Object Connection screen rather than directly in Page Designer — deleting a specific entity's Object Connection entry disables that attachment panel entirely for that context, and editing the associated service list lets you hide a specific unwanted tab rather than removing the whole panel.
