Is there a way to make a group/section on a page stay expanded by default every time the page is opened, instead of it always starting collapsed until manually clicked open?

This is controlled through that group's Override section — if no override exists yet for the group, create one and leave its collapsed/expanded setting blank (rather than explicitly set to collapsed), which results in the group always opening expanded by default.
