Trace the client's API calls while triggering that subpage (for example, opening an edit dialog) to find the underlying projection/client-model name, then open Page Designer directly against that name via its page-designer URL pattern — this reaches dialogs and assistants that don't have their own separate top-level page to navigate to normally.
