A standard Client_SYS.Add_Info warning (e.g. the Minimum Order Quantity alert when a Purchase Requisition line is below a supplier's MOQ) stops appearing in one environment, even though the code path and other Add_Info-style messages still fire normally. What could suppress just this one message?

Check for custom Events configured on the same logical unit and trigger point (e.g. on the Purchase Requisition Line creation) — a custom event reacting to the same insert can interfere with or effectively swallow a specific standard Add_Info message even while other messages on the same screen continue to work normally. Temporarily disabling the custom event to confirm whether the standard alert returns is a fast way to isolate this as the cause before looking anywhere else.
