A Customer Order has two Charge lines, but the Invoice operational report (using the standard Charge Type / Charge Description fields) only ever shows the first one.

Answer

Work through this in order: first determine whether you're dealing with a fully custom report layout or one of IFS's own provided invoice reports — the diagnosis differs. For a custom layout, the most common cause of only the first record showing is the field not being placed inside a table that actually repeats at the correct level (so it only ever renders the first row). For one of the provided invoice reports, first check the report's own result-data view (typically named the same as the Report ID), keyed by result_key for that specific invoice run — if only one charge shows up there, the issue is upstream in what actually got sent to the report, not the layout; if both charges are present in that view but only one prints, then look for a condition on the relevant table or row section in the layout that might be suppressing rows based on some field value. Working through data-view-first, then layout-conditions-second, is the fastest way to isolate whether it's a data problem or a rendering-condition problem.
