A Report Designer report has two separate result sets/tables that need to always print on separate pages — never sharing a page even if the first data set is short enough to leave room — how is this forced?

Answer

On the first data set's repeating table, apply a 'Page Break After' property specifically to that table's last row — this forces a page break immediately once the first data set finishes printing, guaranteeing the second data set/layout always starts on a fresh page rather than potentially continuing on the same page as the first.
