After an upgrade (like Apps 7.5 to 10), all standard reports show the default IFS logo instead of the company's own logo.

Re-import the company logo through Solution Manager \ Operational Reporting \ Report Images, setting it up under the Logos tab with the expected company-logo name — a logo setup from an older generation doesn't automatically carry through an upgrade, so it needs to be reconfigured in the newer reporting area.
