An .rdl Operational Report (like a Customer Invoice) shows the parent/holding company's name instead of the actual subsidiary company the document belongs to, even though the invoice is genuinely created for the subsidiary company in IFS — how is this corrected?

First check whether the correct company name is already being retrieved in the report's underlying PL/SQL/RDF logic but simply isn't placed on the visible layout — if so, this is just a layout fix in Report Designer to add the already-available field. If the correct company name isn't retrieved at all in the underlying code, the report's PL/SQL (in its .RDF file) needs to be modified to fetch and expose it — using a pattern like Xml_Record_Writer_SYS.Add_Element(xml_, 'COMPANY', company_); to write the correct company value into the XML output — after which it becomes available to place on the visible layout in Report Designer. Modifying a built-in report's underlying PL/SQL code (rather than just its layout) is a more involved customization, so if you don't have experience with this, IFS or an IFS partner can assist with the implementation.
