Select the new table and use 'Move Child Up' / 'Move Child Down' repeatedly to shift it into the desired position, or, if there's enough visible space, directly click-and-hold the table by its table tag in the design area and drag it up or down. One important limitation: this repositioning, by either method, only works for separate top-level 'master' tables — you cannot independently move a 'subtable' that lives nested inside a cell of a master table this way. In a master/subtable scenario, only the whole master table, carrying its nested subtables along with it, can be repositioned as a unit.
