Is it possible to create a shortcut that runs a specific Quick Report (a Crystal Report) directly, showing its parameter screen, rather than having to navigate to the Quick Reports overview and find it each time?

Answer

Open the specific Quick Report's dialog from the Quick Reports overview screen, and use the 'Add to Navigator' button in the bottom-left of that dialog to add it as a Navigator item. Once it's in the Navigator, you can create a normal shortcut against that navigator entry the same way you would for any other navigator item, giving direct one-click access straight to that Quick Report's own parameter/run dialog — or simply use the Navigator entry itself instead of a separate shortcut.
