Is there a way to make the "show all printers" checkbox default to checked every time a report print dialog opens?

Check the system parameter controlling whether only assigned logical printers and the default physical printer are shown — setting that parameter to not restrict the list is what makes the print dialog default to showing all available printers instead of the narrower assigned-printer list.
