There isn't a supported workaround — parameter mapping in Page Designer is intentionally scoped to Report Designer-based Quick Reports, not Crystal Reports, and Crystal Reports as a whole have been placed on IFS's deprecation path, so building new Page-Designer-integrated parameter mapping around a Crystal Report isn't a capability gap likely to be closed; plan any new report requiring this kind of page integration around Report Designer instead.
