Yes — there's a dedicated System Parameter controlling this specific print-preview timeout (defaulting to 30 seconds), and it can be raised there if reports genuinely need more time. Be cautious about setting it too high, though: if generating a PDF (whether from Crystal Reports or Report Designer) routinely takes noticeably longer than 30 seconds, that's usually a sign the report's own construction could be significantly optimized, rather than something to solve purely by extending the timeout.
