The Report Format & Output print dialog on a customer's Apps10 Aurena environment is missing the left vertical bar/panel that appears in newer-looking versions of the same dialog — is there a patch that adds it?

This isn't a missing patch — it's a UI redesign that shipped starting with Apps10 UPD15; the older print dialog layout (without the left vertical bar) is what UPD14 and earlier show. If you want the redesigned dialog with that panel, updating to UPD15 or later is the only way to get it, rather than looking for a separate patch to apply on top of an earlier UPD.
