'Waiting' means the print job hasn't yet been processed by the IFS report formatter/middleware at all, so no PDF has been generated yet; once formatting completes, the status becomes 'Remote Waiting' for a Print Agent to pick up; once a Print Agent actually picks it up, the status becomes 'Remote Working'; and it finally becomes 'Completed' or an error status once printing finishes. A job stuck specifically in 'Remote Working' usually means the Print Agent service was restarted while it was actively working on that job, leaving it stranded in that intermediate state. If these are old stuck jobs and the same Print Agent is otherwise processing new jobs correctly, this generally isn't a cause for concern beyond those specific stranded jobs.
