When selecting multiple reports to print at once (using the 'Select All' checkbox in the print dialog) and trying to change the layout for all of them, the Preview button is disabled — is this a bug?

Answer

No — this is by design: previewing multiple reports at once from the print dialog isn't supported, so the Preview button is intentionally disabled whenever more than one report is selected (including via the 'Select All' checkbox). Uncheck 'Select All' and preview each report individually, one at a time, if you need to check the output before printing.
