A read-only database account for querying IFS Cloud (like IFSDBREADONLY) can query some views successfully but returns nothing for others, such as a main transactional view versus a related detail view.

Answer

A purely database-level account like this doesn't exist as an IFS Aurena user, so it doesn't automatically inherit company/site data access the normal application-security model provides — some views return data while others don't because site/company-level access for that database account needs to be explicitly granted at the database level, not assumed to follow from having been given the read-only role itself.
