This is almost always a permission-set gap specific to Aurena's own access model, not a bug — Aurena menu items are driven by which Projections the user's permission set grants (in addition to any underlying window/form-level access), so check the user's permission set and confirm it includes the Projections needed for the menu items you expect to see, not just the equivalent IEE-side form access. A user can have full IEE menu access while still missing the corresponding Aurena Projection grants if the permission set wasn't set up with both client types in mind.
