A user wants System Info added to their Context Pane in Apps9, but nothing in the security settings seems to expose this option.

Answer

Search within Presentation Objects by Component for the specific System Info-related presentation object, and grant that to the relevant Permission Set. Once granted, log into IEE as that user, RMB on the Context bar itself, and choose Customize — the System Info option now becomes available there to add to that user's Context Pane.
