Yes — set up an SQL-type Quick Report running a query against FND_CLIENT_LOGON (for example, SELECT * FROM FND_CLIENT_LOGON), which gives you login/session information through the application layer rather than requiring direct database access. This is specifically useful for managed-cloud customers who can't run ad hoc SQL against the database directly but can still create and run a Quick Report through the standard client.
