For Cloud licensing purposes, does 'concurrent user' mean per browser tab/session a user has open at once, or per user ID regardless of how many tabs are open?

It's counted per user session, regardless of how many browser tabs that session has open — opening IFS Cloud in multiple tabs under the same login doesn't count as multiple concurrent users; it's still just the one session for licensing purposes.
