In Apps10, specific reports could be granted to a Permission Set through a 'Reports' option under Presentation Objects by Navigator — IFS Cloud doesn't seem to have that same screen. How do you grant access to a specific report under a Permission Set in Cloud?

IFS Cloud doesn't have the Presentation Object concept at all — access is projection-based instead. Grant the relevant report's own Projection to the Permission Set, and any user holding that Permission Set will then be able to order or schedule that report through the Order Report page. There's no separate 'Reports' grant screen to look for; the report's projection grant is the whole mechanism.
