Query pres_object_grant_tab, joined against the roles granted to the user: SELECT * FROM pres_object_grant_tab WHERE role IN (SELECT granted_role FROM dba_role_privs WHERE grantee = 'USERNAME') — the po_id column returned doubles as the window/form name, giving you the full list of screens that user's granted roles/permission sets provide access to in one query, rather than manually cross-referencing permission sets and their grants in the client.
