Answer
There's no built-in self-service 'forgot password, email me a reset' flow on the standard database-authentication login screen — the Change Password option that does exist still requires the user to correctly enter their current (old) password first, which doesn't help if they've genuinely forgotten it. A true self-service reset-and-email flow isn't a standard out-of-the-box feature and would require custom development (a custom API/procedure to generate a new password and email it) if you want a real self-service option on top of the standard login screen — or, more durably, moving to SSO/an external identity provider removes password-reset tickets from IFS entirely, since password management shifts to that identity provider.
