Query FND_USER joined to FND_USER_ROLE_RUNTIME on identity, filtered to the role you want, and use FND_USER_API.GET_LAST_ACTIVITY(identity) to pull each user's last login/activity timestamp — for example, selecting identity, description, active status, role, and FND_USER_API.GET_LAST_ACTIVITY(a.identity) from FND_USER a joined to FND_USER_ROLE_RUNTIME b on a.identity = b.identity, filtered where b.role = the role code you're interested in. This gives a straightforward login-details report scoped to a specific role without needing per-user manual lookups.
