Answer
As of general Aurena capability, this isn't something IFS supports blocking — since Aurena access is entirely HTTP/API-based (projections with cookies), restricting a user to a single concurrent session would also break legitimate multi-window/multi-tab usage patterns that rely on the same underlying mechanism (like having multiple browser windows open to different screens under the same session). It's technically possible to build your own custom redirect logic based on querying Oracle session history, but that requires modifying core FND-level items, which isn't recommended — there's no supported, non-invasive way to enforce single-device login in Aurena today.
