Find the relevant Activity for that window inside Permission Sets (feature-form windows like Print Manager are governed by a specific named Activity rather than the window itself), then right-click that Activity and use 'Show Grantees' — that gives you the full list of every permission set (and by extension, every user) that's been granted access to it, without needing a direct window-level grantees view.
