Requesting environment passwords through the IFS Support Portal's Cloud Services 'Password Request' form doesn't list IFSADMIN as an available account to request, even though other IFS system accounts appear in that dropdown.

IFSADMIN isn't obtainable through that self-service Password Request form at all — as a privileged superuser account, it's deliberately excluded from that request flow. If you need the IFSADMIN password for a hosted environment, you have to request it directly from the customer rather than through the standard Cloud Services password-request process.
