In the Permission Set's Projections panel, there's a dedicated one-click button that grants all Projections at once, rather than needing to select and grant them individually. If full access also needs to cover Reports and System Privileges (beyond just Projections), those need to be granted separately as well, since the one-click Projections button only covers the Projections panel itself.
