A BPA Workflow User Interaction task's Header text needs to display as multiple lines (e.g. a two-sentence confirmation prompt), but neither a newline character nor a <BR> tag works, and defining the same locale/language entry twice just uses whichever one was declared last.

Answer

Multi-line text isn't supported in a User Interaction task's Header field itself — instead, add a Text-type field to the user form and put your longer, multi-line message there. A text-type form field does support and properly render multi-line content, which the Header field doesn't, so moving longer instructional text out of the Header and into a dedicated text field on the form is the practical workaround.
