There's no built-in way to resolve an enum ID to its Name directly in the workflow engine, so you have to build the lookup yourself. One approach: in a script task placed after the user task, hold a small ID-to-name mapping (e.g. as JSON) and look up the selected ID against it to get the name. A more maintainable approach for larger or changing enumerations: add a small projection function that resolves an enum ID to its Name, and call that function from an API task wherever in the workflow you need the readable value.
