At the time this was confirmed, no — a user task's enumeration could only be bound to fixed values defined directly in the task itself; it couldn't be bound dynamically to a standard or custom IFS enumeration's actual value set. Given this is the kind of gap that can be addressed in later releases, it's worth checking current release notes if you need this capability.
