In a BPA/Workflow API task, how do I read a child collection navigated to via a projection's reference/bound entity set (e.g. the list of steps under an Approval Template), when the property name shown when browsing the OData URL directly doesn't work as the Entity Set Name in the workflow task?

Check for a 'Reference_' prefixed entity set name in the projection's metadata — bound/reference collections are often exposed in a workflow API task's Entity Set picker under a name like Reference_<PropertyName> rather than the plain property name you see when browsing the URL directly (e.g. Reference_ApprovalTemplate rather than TemplateArray), and using that reference entity set name is what actually resolves the read.
