Run a Reconfiguration of the Application server against the newly cloned database. This kind of 404-on-clientgateway error right after a database clone is a common symptom of the application server's own configuration still needing to be reconciled against the freshly cloned database, rather than an actual broken URL or missing routing rule — running Reconfiguration re-establishes the correct linkage between the application server and the cloned database.
