IFS's own supported-platforms guidance for Oracle 19c generally follows a 'use the latest available Release Update revision within that major supported version' recommendation, rather than requiring separate explicit confirmation for every individual patch bundle release. A newer 19c patch bundle is expected to be covered under that same general latest-Release-Update guidance for a given supported Update level, rather than needing its own dedicated compatibility confirmation each time a new patch bundle is released.
