That internal path, and the broader IFS developer portal, is intended for IFS employees and partners, not customers directly. A customer obtains Developer Studio specifically by purchasing a Developer License from IFS; once purchased, IFS delivers Developer Studio as part of a proper IFS Delivery, downloadable from the customer's own dedicated FTP location at IFS, rather than through the general developer-portal path referenced in the public documentation.
