Toggle the System Parameter 'Scheduled tasks process startup' from ON to OFF, then back to ON — this recreates the missing database process automatically, and scheduled jobs resume posting normally after the next run following the toggle. This is simpler and more reliable than trying to manually reconstruct the process's underlying code.
