Despite the certificate-related message, this specific combination points to an actual credentials problem — verify the IFSSYS and IFSADMIN passwords set in ifscloud-values.yaml genuinely match what's configured on the database side, and confirm those accounts aren't locked by trying to log in to the database directly with the same credentials. IFS has a documented procedure for checking database connectivity from inside the cluster if you need to isolate whether the middle tier can even reach the database at all, separate from the credentials themselves.
