If left-clicking the "IFS Cloud Core Codes" button shows nothing to download, try right-clicking the tooltip/box that appears — a dropdown option to actually download the core code has been found there when the normal click path doesn't surface it; this has been acknowledged as a known Release Update Studio issue, so also check whether your current release already has it fixed before relying on the right-click workaround.
