Where can the structure/template of the default email IFS generates for a built-in send option (like an "E-mail Order" command), as opposed to a custom PDF_REPORT_CREATED event action, be found or modified?
Reporting pods need to be restarted repeatedly (print jobs sit in Waiting status with no visible errors) under heavier PDF print volume, and adding replicas doesn't fix it.
Developer Studio consistently freezes and has to be force-closed whenever code is deployed, and no combination of settings changes seems to fix it.
Is there a database view that lists all Scheduled Database Tasks, so a report or Lobby element can be built to flag any that have been deactivated (for example, after a maintenance window)?
Who is responsible for creating partner/consultant user accounts in a Cloud-hosted (Managed Cloud) IFS environment's CFG/UAT/PROD useplaces?
A customization uses `DynamicComponentReference` to call a procedure in a new custom component, but fails to compile with a `PLS-00201: Identifier COMPONENT_..._SYS.INSTALLED` error before the updated `deploy.ini` dynamic-dependency change has actually been installed through a full build or delivery.
The IFS Data Migration Excel Add-in manifest can be uploaded fine in the Excel web client, but the option to load it doesn't appear to work in the Excel desktop application.
The standard Duplicate command on a list only copies the selected record itself, but a customization needs duplicating a record to also copy its child/detail records (like copying a shift's breaks along with the shift).
Is there a non-technical, centralized place to see which fields and tabs are mandatory for a given business object (like a customer, supplier, or order), rather than discovering it by trial and error in the client?
A newly added or changed translation for a custom field's label doesn't take effect in the client, even after entering it correctly and refreshing the language cache.
The virus-scanner scan-log table is growing unbounded and filling up database storage, with no obvious cleanup job available to purge old entries.
Is there a supported way to bulk-extract all the configuration changes (field visibility, required fields, property overrides) made across multiple non-Global configuration contexts, rather than checking each context manually?
After an update that bumps the bundled IFS Data Migration Excel Add-in to a new version, the add-in installs but its buttons show no labels and don't function, in at least one Excel desktop version while working fine in others.
Syncing a brand-new custom logical unit fails with an unclear error, in a case where the database view backing the new LU already existed beforehand (with data already in it).
A buildplace DEV environment only shows the EN language available, even though multiple languages are enabled at the solution/company level.
An Excel Migration Job's Modify method fails on a column flagged Mandatory Insert (MI) when no default value is set, but setting a default value then blocks modifying existing records with a "may not be modified" error on that same field.
Browser devtools show a call to a `%HANDLING_SVC` service-wrapper PL/SQL package behind an action, but calling that same wrapper function directly from a custom PL/SQL event action doesn't behave the same way.
A custom projection action defined with a `Binary` return type fails with an OData payload-too-large exception once the returned BLOB exceeds roughly 64,000 bytes, even though 200 kilobytes isn't an extreme size for a file.
How can a report be generated and archived programmatically (getting back a Result Key and print job ID for later use), without going through the PDF_REPORT_CREATED event-action path?
The middle tier crashed and required a full reboot, with `kubectl` reporting no communication with Kubernetes — is periodically restarting the middle tier server recommended?
A fresh middle tier installation fails during `ifs-db-init` with `BackoffLimitExceeded`, and the pod's logs show a network-adapter connection failure reaching the database, even though the Pod CIDR range is correctly set in the configuration file.
Ordering a new Dev environment in Build Place fails with "Restricted to order dev environments since you have code changes after the last QA Approval," and ordering/approving another QA environment doesn't clear the error.
Calls to a document-attachment-count method (behind the Attachments panel) have become noticeably slow over time, without any recent upgrade or configuration change.
Is the Remote Log Client (IfsRemoteLogClientSchedule) still the supported way to collect middle tier container logs?
A wizard's "Next" button becomes enabled even when mandatory fields on that step are left empty, letting users skip past required fields entirely.
Text shown through a "Markdown text" element in Page Designer doesn't seem to appear anywhere in the Text Translations screen — is it actually possible to translate this kind of element?
Every newly created custom field's background is highlighted in a salmon/orange color regardless of entity, even when the field isn't actually marked required, which confuses users into thinking it's mandatory.
Script A Rest works fine when run directly from its .exe/.cmd, but fails with DLL/temp-folder access-denied errors specifically when triggered via its right-click menu (RMB) integration.
A standard page (like Resource Details or Resource Crew) fails to load in the client and in Page Designer with `ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value`, tracing into `DYNAMIC_REFERENCE_METADATA_API` and `MODEL_DESIGN_SYS`, after taking a delivery that worked fine in another environment on an older SU.
Is Developer Studio required to add UI elements like a bar chart or a card to a page, or can this be done through configuration alone?
Is there a way to bulk-update the expiration date on already-archived reports in Report Archive, since changing the default expiration setting only affects reports printed going forward?
Is there a reliable way for custom PL/SQL (like a custom event) to detect whether it's running in an OData/web-client-driven session versus a direct SQL client or the legacy Windows client?
From which IFS Cloud release does the Remote installer support pulling Helm charts via the OCI protocol, which matters specifically for air-gapped installations?
How is the IFS Data Migration Excel Add-in fully removed from Excel, since there's no obvious uninstall option inside Excel itself?
Connecting IFS Report Designer to a Build Place/Lifecycle environment fails, even with a valid IAM account and certificate correctly placed, and no obvious equivalent to the old IFS10 system parameter for Report Designer connections.
Attempting to Overtake a Core-layer function in Developer Studio fails with "overrides, but no matching method or function signature was found," pointing at a completely different, unrelated function than the one actually being overtaken.
A custom LOV filter referencing a Boolean-type field on a related custom entity fails with an error that `CfEnum_FndBoolean` and `Edm.Boolean` are not compatible.
During a Release Update, the "IFS Cloud Core Codes" download option in Release Update Studio appears empty/unclickable, blocking access to the baseline core code needed to resolve customization-uplift errors in Developer Studio.
A new custom component was delivered successfully and confirmed active in the database, solution set, and module table, but it doesn't appear at all in the Component Registration screen for regular users.
