Check that the required IIS/.NET prerequisites are installed via Server Manager's 'Add Roles and Features' first — under the Web Server (IIS) role's Application Development feature set, Crystal Web Service needs .NET Extensibility 3.5, .NET Extensibility 4.7, Application Initialization, ASP, ASP.NET 3.5, ASP.NET 4.7, ISAPI Extensions, and ISAPI Filters all installed. A missing subset of these (which varies slightly by exact Windows Server version) is the most common cause of an otherwise unexplained CWS installation failure; also double-check the SSL certificate and network-policy requirements in ifscloud-values.yaml specific to your version once the IIS prerequisites are confirmed.
