There's no single configuration-overview report covering every configuration mechanism at once — contexts show up across several separate concepts (Page Configurations, Navigator Configurations, Appearance Configurations, and more), each of which needs to be checked on its own; for Page Configurations specifically, the admin form supports filtering directly on context not equal to 'global' to get a bulk list for that one mechanism, but there's no equivalent single query spanning all of them together.
