It doesn't come from the in-application Add-Ons list at all — it's a standalone browser extension, installed directly from your browser's extension store (available for Chrome) rather than through IFS itself. It's included as a reference environment default from IFS Cloud 22R2 onward, but on any release, including earlier ones, you can install it yourself directly from the browser's extension store independent of which IFS Cloud version you're running.
