This method is used internally by IFS itself to execute 'Execute Online SQL' type event actions behind the scenes — it isn't meant to be invoked directly as your own standalone Database Task, which is exactly why there's no user-facing documentation for it (by default, no database task pointing at this method is ever created during a standard install). If you're seeing a database task configured against this method, someone has manually entered a custom database task pointing at this internal implementation method — which isn't the intended usage pattern and isn't something IFS documents or supports calling directly yourself.
