There isn't a dedicated e-learning platform bundled specifically with Apps10 itself — the built-in resources on that track are limited to the standard Help and Technical Documentation. Dedicated structured training and certification content is instead available through IFS Academy, a separate training resource, rather than through anything built directly into the application.
