Why can't API Explorer be found in Apps 10 — it doesn't appear as an option anywhere in the client?

API Explorer is only available through the Aurena client on Apps 10 (not the Enterprise Explorer/IEE client), and the user needs the ProjectionExplorer projection granted to actually see and use it — check both of those before assuming it's missing from the installation entirely.
