Apps 10 let you expose an API on the 'int' (integration) context via 'Include in Application Compatibility Type,' typically to allow HTTP Basic Authentication for that API. IFS Cloud doesn't seem to have this option — how do you get the same integration access in Cloud?

You don't need the int-context/compatibility-type mechanism in Cloud at all — it existed specifically to allow Basic Authentication on APIs, and IFS Cloud no longer supports or recommends Basic Authentication for security reasons. Instead, call the APIs directly on the main context using OAuth; that fully replaces what the int/compatibility-type setup was for on Apps 10, without needing an equivalent feature in Cloud.
