This restriction ties Planned Due Date's date portion to Wanted Delivery Date, so a direct date-changing update to Planned Due Date alone is rejected — only the time portion can be changed directly. A practical workaround, if you don't want to touch Wanted Delivery Date directly, is to update the Planned Delivery Date field instead: changing it indirectly shifts Planned Due Date to match, without running into this date-vs-time-only restriction and without altering Wanted Delivery Date.
