What does the Trace Path parameter on an IFS Connect sender actually do, since the documentation says very little about it?

Answer

Any path you enter there is accepted and used, but the trace files it produces don't land wherever you might expect on the host — they're written inside the IFS Connect container's own filesystem, so you need to look there (rather than a network share or the middle-tier host directly) to find the trace output.
