Check the IFS Outbound Message Viewer, reachable from the environment's landing page — outbound EDI-style messages are organized there by their underlying integration service and action name (for example, an order response under the sales integration service, or an e-invoice under the e-invoice integration service), and browsing that viewer is generally more reliable than searching for a standalone template file.
